JANICE GRAY - In January of 1961, fresh out of UCLA, with her degree plus teaching credentials in hand and a job wating with LA schools, Janice came to Mammoth for a ski weekend that has lasted 46 years and counting. When she first made Mammoth her home there were about 400 people living here, 2 chair lifts on the Mountain and no condominiums in town. Now the town is home to close to 7500 people, the Mountain has over 25 chairs plus 2 gondolas and a new Village. Over 5200 condos have been built, and more are on the way. Janice has experienced Mammoth's transformation first hand as a resident and as a real estate professional. As an accomplished athlete, she loves all that Mammoth has to offer. Janice still maintains that Mammoth is one of the best and safest places on earth to raise kids. As a realtor, Janice has achieved great success and an outstanding reputation amongst clients and colleagues over her 27 year career. With eight Centurion and two Double Centurion awards to her credit, Janice has been the number one producing agent for Century 21 Mammoth for the past 12 years. When not in Mammoth, Janice sneaks away to Encinitas to visit her son Chris  (born and raised in Mammoth), daughter-in-law Kari (emergency room nurse at Scripps La Jolla) and adorable grandson Taj. Someday she plans to retire down there but that is a long way off. She likes what she is doing and Mammoth too much to leave any time soon.

DENISE CARTER - With 35 years of Mammoth vacations behind her and a decade of real estate experience in her back pocket, Denise and her husband of 31 years packed their bags and family dog into the car. They kissed their three grown children goodbye, and left San Diego behind as they headed for the Sierras to live out a life-long dream. That was almost two years ago and Denise has since become one of Mammoth's biggest fans. A results oriented real estate professional and member of Rotary Internation and the Mammoth Woman's Club, Denise has experience both in lending and real estate sales as well as a demonstrated success converting challenging markets into profitable business. Prior to joining Century 21--where she's closed over $12 million in real estate sales--she functioned as a Senior Loan Officer for a subsidiary of the Nation's largest builder, DR Horton. While at DHI, Denise generated $34M in closed loans and was recognized as top sales performer, earning a 98% customer rating for knowledge and reliability. She's recognized for her excellent problem-solving capabilities, her outstanding relationship management skills, and possesses a proven ability to gain trust, foster relationships, and develop long-term customer loyalty. As Janice Gray's new business partner, Denise brings dynamic business acumen to the Century 21 family. When she's not multi-tasking or exploring the mountain, you can usually find her over a hot stove, whipping up a mean Italian spaghetti sauce or on the slopes with her husband Kim (who Denise says may just love that mountain more than he does her spaghetti sauce.)
